Job summary

Fairmont St Andrews is seeking enthusiastic and friendly Bartenders to join our team and help create a welcoming and vibrant atmosphere for our guests. Full Time roles available, delivering outstanding service while preparing and serving a variety of drinks in a luxury resort setting.

You will anticipate guest needs, keep the bar stocked and polished, handle till transactions, and contribute to a world-class dining and leisure experience on site.

Qualifications

• Ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment.
• Good attention to detail and pride in maintaining high standards.

Responsibilities

• Preparing and serving a range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests.
• Delivering friendly, professional and attentive service at all times.
• Anticipating guest needs and responding quickly to requests.
• Ensuring drinks are replenished and guests are well looked after throughout service.
• Supporting the smooth running of service by clearing and resetting tables for the next guests.
• Keeping the bar area clean, organised and fully stocked.
• Collecting and washing glassware and ensuring glasses are polished and ready for service.
• Handling payments accurately, including operating tills and processing transactions.
• Restocking fridges, shelves and bar stations to ensure everything is ready for service.
