Job summary

ESA Engineering is seeking a Project & Construction Manager on the client side to lead planning, co-ordination and delivery of luxury residential and high-end retail projects in the UK. You will liaise with the Project Owner, designers, contractors and consultants across RIBA stages 3–5, ensuring schedule, cost and quality targets are met.

The role requires 5+ years of PM experience, MRICS/MAPM preferred, strong communication and risk-management skills, and fluency with BIM and project

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ project management experience in consultancy for luxury residential/retail projects up to £5 million.
• MRICS or MAPM chartership preferred.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder relationship skills.
• Strong problem solving, negotiation and risk management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Define project objectives and develop detailed plans for all operational phases.
• Coordinate and supervise project teams and contractors with clear communication between stakeholders.
• Monitor and control costs per critical path, resources, and cash flow forecasts.
• Manage risks and address issues promptly to avoid delays.
• Oversee CDM client duties and build handover/defects.
• Produce and approve payment certificates and close the project with as-built docs.
