Job summary

Harrods is seeking a Packaging Design Admin Assistant to support the development of luxury Harrods Collections packaging. You will coordinate administrative tasks, assist with creative development, and work with Design, Buying, Technical, and Merchandising to keep projects on track from research to delivery.

You will maintain design documentation, manage supplier communications, and support the seasonal packaging lifecycle. A portfolio submission is required with your application.

Qualifications

• Experience in packaging design coordination and admin support within a luxury brand environment.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and ability to translate sketches into digital artwork.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support Packaging Designer in developing and delivering packaging collections, including boards and artwork updates.
• Prepare materials for meetings and seasonal reviews, including sample management and note-taking.
• Maintain design documentation, supplier communications, and project timelines to ensure on-schedule delivery.
