Job summary

Odyssey, redefining private aviation catering, seeks a Service & Logistics Agent in Wimbledon, London (SW19). This full-time, permanent role ensures orders reach clients on time and in perfect condition across London airports.

You will source and purchase products for the kitchen and clients, and deliver with professionalism to VIP clients. You will support client service, represent a luxury brand, and work early shifts with weekend availability.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence with a clean record.
• Confident, articulate and comfortable dealing face to face with clients in a premium setting.
• Reliable and punctual, able to start early in the morning and work weekends.
• Organised, with sharp attention to detail. You can juggle several tasks without anything slipping.
• Resourceful and comfortable making decisions on your own, while knowing when to check in.
• Calm under pressure when plans change at the last minute.
• Clear communicator in English, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Deliver orders to private jets at London airports, including Heathrow, Gatwick, Stansted and Luton, and to hotels or residences as needed.
• Source and purchase products from London suppliers using a company card and HQ shopping lists.
• Hand over orders to staff with professionalism; handle client questions and feedback.
• Keep HQ and kitchen updated on delivery progress; assist with phones, emails, and occasional kitchen/warehouse tasks.
