Odyssey in Wimbledon, London, is seeking a Service & Logistics Agent to be the ground face of the brand. You will ensure on-time deliveries to private jets and client locations, sourcing items and managing orders with care to reflect luxury standards.

Responsibilities include sourcing, purchasing, delivering to airports and hotels, and providing high-end client service while supporting HQ and kitchen operations. A dynamic, early-start role in a fast-growing international business.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence with a clean record.
• Confident, articulate and comfortable dealing face to face with clients in a premium setting.
• Reliable and punctual, and able to start early in the morning and work weekends.
• Organised, with sharp attention to detail. You can juggle several tasks without anything slipping.
• Resourceful and comfortable making decisions on your own, while knowing when to check in.
• Calm under pressure when plans change at the last minute.
• Clear communicator in English, both spoken and written.

Responsabilités

• Deliveries: collect orders from Wimbledon kitchen and deliver to private jets at London airports, including Biggin Hill, Farnborough, Luton, Stansted, Gatwick and Heathrow.
• Sourcing & purchasing: buy and collect products across London using a company card with a set spending limit, sourcing items from specialist suppliers and markets.
• Client service: hand over orders to staff and flight crews, answer questions and pass on feedback with professionalism.
• Operational support: update HQ and kitchen in real time on delivery progress and assist with phones and emails during quieter periods.
