Qualifications

• Experience in full vehicle interior fitment, preferably in restoration or bespoke environments.
• Deep understanding of leather, cloth, and carbon fibre materials.
• Specialist background in classic vehicles, motorsport, or high‑end automotive sectors is desirable.
• High attention to detail and a drive for a flawless finish.
• Willingness to work overtime when required.

Responsibilities

• Leather Cutting and Preparation: measure and cut leather to precise specs; inspect hides; skin and emboss leather.
• Interior Trim & Upholstery Work: upholster seats, dashboards, door panels, and other components with precision.
• Custom Modifications and Bespoke Detailing: remove, modify, and refit trim components; integrate leather with other materials.
• Quality Assurance: inspect and fine‑tune work to meet high standards; rectify imperfections.
• Collaboration and Continuous Improvement: work with engineers/designers to address build challenges and improve processes.
