Job summary

Strathberry, the Edinburgh-born luxury brand, is seeking a Production Coordinator to join the Design Production & Merchandising team. Based in Edinburgh with a hybrid pattern (minimum 3 fixed days per week), you will coordinate end-to-end production operations for leather accessories and textiles, manage critical paths, supplier relationships and costs to meet delivery and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar production role, ideally with leather goods production.
• Excellent organisation and problem-solving skills, meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate production critical path, orders and supplier progress.
• Maintain production trackers, cost and delivery schedules.
• Collaborate with Product Development, Technical, Quality, Merchandising and Spain team.
• Support QA, packaging and logistics readiness.
