Job summary

Neve Jewels Group is seeking a Luxury Jewellery Sales Consultant to join our boutique team in Leicester. Based in our showroom, you will deliver exceptional client experiences, guide bespoke design conversations, and build lasting relationships with high-net-worth customers.

You'll utilise deep product knowledge of our diamonds and craftsmanship, maintain showroom standards, and collaborate with store teams to ensure seamless service across the region. Weekend availability essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in premium or luxury retail with a strong sales track record.
• Jewellery, gemmology, or luxury product training (e.g., GIA, JAA) highly regarded.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience handling phone, video, and face-to-face consultations.
• Ability to learn systems quickly and troubleshoot independently.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and team oriented.
• Impeccable personal presentation aligned with brand aesthetics.

Responsibilities

• Conduct client consultations and bespoke design journeys within lounge appointments.
• Deliver seamless luxury service from welcome to post-sale, building relationships.
• Achieve monthly sales targets through consultative selling and product recommendations.
• Maintain knowledge of collections, materials, and craftsmanship for design conversations.
• Utilise CRM and internal systems to track bespoke orders and enquiries.
• Represent the brand with professionalism, upholding showroom standards.
• Collaborate with planning/store teams to support fulfilment and visual merchandising.
