Neve Jewels Group, a UK headquartered luxury jeweller, invites a Sales Consultant to join the Austen & Blake boutique. You’ll deliver exceptional client experiences, guide bespoke design journeys, and build lasting relationships with discerning customers.

Based in Reading, you’ll work weekends, travel to other stores as needed, maintain product knowledge, and use CRM to manage enquiries and orders. The role rewards high standards, presentation, and a passion for craft and personalised service.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in premium or luxury retail with a proven sales track record.
• Jewellery or luxury product training (e.g., GIA, JAA) is highly regarded.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with phone, video and in-person consultations.
• Willingness to travel within the region to support stores.

Responsibilities

• Conduct client consultations and guide bespoke design journeys.
• Provide a seamless luxury experience from welcome to post-sale.
• Achieve monthly sales targets with a consultative approach.
• Maintain strong knowledge of collections and craftsmanship for client education.
• Use CRM and internal systems to manage bespoke orders and enquiries.
