Diamonds Factory is seeking a Luxury Jewellery Sales Consultant to join our boutique showroom in Manchester. You will deliver exceptional client experiences, guide bespoke design journeys, and build lasting relationships with discerning customers.

With 1–2 years in premium or luxury retail, you’ll demonstrate product knowledge, professional presentation, and a collaborative spirit. Weekend availability, travel within the region, and a passion for craftsmanship are essential to thrive in this

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in premium or luxury retail
• Jewellery, gemology, or luxury product training preferred
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Experience handling phone, video, and face-to-face consultations
• Able to learn systems quickly and troubleshoot issues independently
• Highly proactive and self-motivated to contribute beyond core responsibilities
• Team player with a positive, solution-focused attitude
• Creative eye for styling and bespoke jewellery
• Impeccable personal presentation aligned with brand aesthetic
• Willingness to travel to support other stores within the region
• Availability to work weekends and peak trade periods

Responsibilities

• Conduct client consultations and guide bespoke design journeys
• Provide a seamless luxury experience from welcome to post-sale
• Achieve monthly sales targets through consultative selling
• Maintain strong knowledge of collections, materials, and craftsmanship
• Use CRM and internal systems to process orders and inquiries
• Represent the brand with professionalism and showroom standards
• Collaborate with store teams on fulfilment and visual merchandising
