Job summary

Diamonds Factory is seeking a Luxury Jewellery Sales Consultant to join our elegant showroom. Based in our boutique, you will deliver exceptional client experiences that go beyond the transaction, building lasting relationships through personalised service and craftsmanship.

You will conduct one-hour lounge consultations, guide bespoke design journeys, and achieve monthly sales targets while maintaining in-depth knowledge of our collections.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years' experience in premium or luxury retail with a strong sales track record.
• Experience with luxury jewellery or gemstones is highly regarded.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct one-hour lounge appointments and guide bespoke design journeys.
• Deliver a seamless luxury client experience from welcome to post-sale.
• Achieve monthly sales targets through consultative selling.
• Maintain deep knowledge of our collections and craftsmanship for bespoke discussions.
• Use CRM and internal systems to manage bespoke orders and inquiries.
