Benchpeg Ltd. is seeking a confident Client Relationship & Sales Executive to join its Belgravia team in London. This full-time role focuses on nurturing an international clientele, expanding new business, and delivering exceptional personal service within a luxury jewellery house.

You will manage client relationships, host showroom appointments, and work towards sales targets while collaborating with marketing for exclusive events.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in client-facing, relationship management or sales.

• Ability to develop new client relationships and generate sales.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Proactively contact clients via personalised emails and telephone conversations.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, converting interest into appointments and sales.
• Re-engage lapsed clients and introduce them to new collections.
• Arrange and host private showroom appointments, delivering an exceptional client experience.
• Work towards individual sales targets and client development objectives.
• Maintain accurate client records and CRM follow-up activities.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing on targeted client communications and events.
