Job summary

Gleneagles in Auchterarder is seeking an experienced Interior Gardener to join our Floristry team. You’ll care for indoor plants across the estate, create displays, and work with marketing/design to meet interior plant requirements.

NVQ Level 3 in Horticulture is required; a full driving license is essential. You’ll be part of a world-class team with generous holidays, staff perks and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in Horticulture is required.
• Greenhouse knowledge and plant production experience preferred.
• Full driving license is essential for this role.

Responsibilities

• Care for and maintain indoor plants across all hotel areas, including bedrooms.
• Create and implement plant displays in collaboration with Marketing and Design.
• Identify and treat pests or diseases to keep plants healthy and vibrant.
• Collaborate daily with Floristry to meet interior plant requirements.
• Develop planting plans with Head of Floristry to ensure year-round presentation.
• Educate Floristry staff on plant species, habitats and nurturing.
