Frasers Group is seeking an Influencer & Community Executive - Luxury & Premium to drive influencer campaigns across our Premium & Luxury brands. You will collaborate with internal teams, talent, agencies and creators to deliver campaigns that raise brand awareness and cultural relevance.

The role suits someone with a passion for influencer marketing, luxury fashion and digital culture, thriving in a fast-paced environment to make a meaningful impact within a growing team.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in talent/influencer management.
• Excellent written English and attention to detail.
• Strong knowledge of PR channels, influencer relations and social media.
• Excellent analytical, communication, planning and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end influencer campaigns for Premium & Luxury categories.
• Negotiate, onboard and coordinate payments with partners.
• Maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders for clear communication.
• Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports using GA and other tools.
• Maintain influencer database and source new creators to drive engagement.
• Lead influencer casting and select talent to boost cultural relevance.
• Coordinate product orders, tracking and returns as needed.
• Support influencer strategies for Premium & Luxury messaging and activations.
• Contribute to events and launch activations.
• Create a cultural calendar to stay ahead of trends in content.
• Lead weekly status meetings with channel teams and showcase progress.
