Job summary

Hand Picked Hotels is seeking a motivated Housekeeping Assistant at New Hall Hotel & Spa in Sutton Coldfield. You’ll ensure guest rooms and public areas are impeccably presented and maintained to the highest standards, delivering warm, discreet service in a luxury setting.

This full-time, permanent role is 5 days out of 7, 40 hours per week, with a competitive £13 per hour salary plus service charge and benefits including 28 days holiday, uniform, on-site parking and wellbeing support.

Qualifications

• Some housekeeping or cleaning experience required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and be a team player.
• Strong attention to detail and a pride in delivering high standards.

Responsibilities

• Ensure guest rooms and public spaces are impeccably presented and cleaned to the highest standards.
• Replenish towels and toiletries, arrange in-room refreshments and maintain stock.
