Job summary

Hand Picked Hotels is seeking a motivated Housekeeping Assistant at New Hall Hotel & Spa in Sutton Coldfield. You’ll ensure guest rooms and public areas are impeccably presented and maintained to the highest standards, delivering warm, discreet service in a luxury setting.

This full-time, permanent role is 5 days out of 7, 40 hours per week, with a competitive £13 per hour salary plus service charge and benefits including 28 days holiday, uniform, on-site parking and wellbeing support.

Qualifications

• Some housekeeping or cleaning experience required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and be a team player.
• Strong attention to detail and a pride in delivering high standards.

What will the role involve?

As a Housekeeping Assistant, you will help create an exceptional first impression by ensuring guest rooms and public spaces are immaculately presented and cleaned to the highest standards. With meticulous attention to detail, you’ll replenish premium towels and toiletries, and elegantly arrange in-room refreshments, including a curated selection of teas, coffees, and biscuits. Your commitment to excellence will contribute to an unforgettable, magical experience. A true team player, you’ll confidently self‑inspect rooms and support colleagues to uphold our reputation for luxury and comfort.

This is a full-time role working 5 days out of 7 including weekends on a rota basis, 40 hours per week, which may vary depending on business.
