Job summary

Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane seeks an experienced Laundry Manager to lead the Laundry and Valet operation. You will oversee guest laundry, hotel linens and employee uniforms, ensuring high standards and efficiency.

You will manage a dedicated team, work closely with Housekeeping and other departments, and drive continuous improvements while maintaining excellent guest service and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience leading hotel laundry/valet operations.
• Proven ability to manage budgets and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Laundry and Valet team to deliver service in line with Four Seasons standards.
• Oversee day-to-day laundry, valet, linen, and uniform services.
• Organise daily operations according to priorities and occupancy.
• Monitor cleaning, pressing, folding, packaging, and delivery quality.
• Manage guest requests and service recovery professionally.
• Manage hotel uniforms and related supplies.
• Oversee scheduling, labour management, and payroll control.
• Conduct coaching, audits and performance reviews.
• Identify training and development opportunities for the team.
• Implement new procedures to improve service quality and efficiency.
• Maintain health, safety, hygiene and company standards.
