Job summary

Platinum Recruitment Consultancy is recruiting a Kitchen Porter for a luxury country hotel in Bridport. You will join a busy kitchen, assisting with basic prep, washing up, cleaning and receiving deliveries to support the chefs and maintain high standards throughout the operation.

Responsibilities

• Support the kitchen team with day-to-day tasks to keep operations running smoothly.
• Carry out basic food preparation to assist chefs and the wider kitchen team.
• Complete washing up and maintain high standards of cleanliness.
• Clean and maintain kitchen equipment, work areas and facilities.
• Receive deliveries and safely store stock as required.
• Support the kitchen team to ensure a smooth and efficient service.
