The Roseate Reading is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to assist the Head Housekeeper in daily operations, including lost and found, key and emergency procedures. You will oversee room attendants and provide support to the management team.

Ideal candidates bring experience from luxury hotels, strong leadership and excellent communication, with a hands-on, detail-focused approach to maintaining brand standards and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a 5* hotel.
• Lead by example: know when to manage vs lead.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Driving guest satisfaction by ensuring consistently excellent levels of customer service
• To check furnishings and equipment are clean and in good repair and operational and report any faults found
• Inspect and clean rooms and ensure brand standards are followed
