Job summary

Maybourne Hotel Group, based at The Berkeley, seeks a Fleet Controller to manage Chauffeurs across Claridge's, The Connaught, The Berkeley, and The Emory. You will allocate jobs, oversee the Maybourne Fleet reservation system, monitor fleet maintenance and ensure exceptional guest service.

Qualifications

• Experience managing chauffeurs in luxury hotel environments.
• Ability to allocate jobs and coordinate fleet resources.

Responsibilities

• Manage Chauffeurs for four Maybourne hotels.
• Allocate jobs to Chauffeurs via the fleet system.
• Perform quality checks on jobs and cars.
• Maximise chauffeur and vehicle utilisation.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and ensure service meets Maybourne standards.
• Monitor maintenance, safety, licensing, cleanliness of fleet.
• Support delivery of service that aligns with LQA standards.
