Job summary

Jumeirah Carlton Tower in London seeks an Engineering Coordinator to manage maintenance requests via HotSOS, raise purchase orders, process invoices, and keep engineering records up to date. You will coordinate PPMs, liaise with contractors and hotel teams, and provide admin support with a strong service mindset.

The role requires HVAC/BMS familiarity, safety certification, and leadership to drive efficient operations while safeguarding guest experience and staff wellbeing.

Qualifications

• NVQ/City & Guilds in mechanical or electrical engineering; IOSH or safety cert required.
• Experience coordinating maintenance, safety, and engineering records.
• Proven ability to lead projects and liaise with contractors.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage maintenance requests through HotSOS.
• Raise POs, process invoices, support procurement.
• Maintain engineering records, certificates, and safety docs.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance schedules and projects.
• Liaise with contractors, suppliers and hotel departments.
• Provide admin support while delivering guest and colleague service.
