Job summary

Auberge Resorts Collection presents Cambridge House, a luxury Mayfair hotel experience opening in 2026. As a Bartender, you will serve at Major’s, the Reuben Bar, or the In & Out Bar, crafting cocktails and drinks that complement fine dining.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a bartender in a luxury setting.
• Solid knowledge of classic cocktails and spirits.
• Ability to remain composed and efficient during busy services.
• Professional hygiene and responsible service

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, engaging service tailored to Major’s, Reuben Bar, or the In & Out Bar.
• Prepare and serve cocktails, wines, spirits and other beverages with precision.
• Develop deep knowledge of drinks menus, spirits, and techniques.
• Create a welcoming atmosphere behind the bar and on the floor with confident product knowledge and listening.
• Coordinate drinks orders with the team to support seamless dining experiences.
• Keep bar areas clean and well-presented, managing glassware and stock to high standards.
• Support stock control, replenishment and responsible beverage management.
• Share ideas and help shape Cambridge House's evolving character and traditions.
