• RIBA Part 3 qualified or Interior Designer/Architect with a proven track record delivering luxury Hospitality projects, particularly through technical and construction phases.
• Analytical thinker with a meticulous eye for technical detail and quality assurance.
• Deep understanding of building systems, UK Building Regulations( not essential), and technical standards.
• Strong Revit skills: experience managing BIM workflows and model coordination is highly desirable.
• Confident communicator, capable of articulating complex technical information clearly to clients, consultants, and contractors.
• Interest in emerging technologies and digital tools, including the use of AI to enhance design and delivery processes.
• Positive, solution-focused mindset and collaborative approach to working within a dynamic and design-driven studio.
