Job summary

Maison Estelle, a private members’ club in Mayfair, seeks a hospitality professional to lead front-of-house service and guest experiences. You will be the face of a discreet, high-end venue, ensuring every dish is understood and expertly presented.

• Proven experience in a luxury/lifestyle multi-outlet food and beverage operation.
• Keeps up to date with hospitality trends and best practices.
• Able to work flexibly including evenings and weekends due to club hours.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building with colleagues and members.
• A genuine passion for hospitality and hosting.

Responsibilities

• Create an exceptional dining experience for members and guests.
• Be fully conversant with every dish and provide explanations as requested.
• Assist with mise en place and ensure tasks are completed on time.
• Take responsibility for service in the restaurant area during your shift.
• Support training and onboarding of new colleagues.
• Upsell additional products in a subtle, conversational manner.
