Job summary

motive8 Limited is seeking a part‑time Gym and Spa Duty Manager for the Manchester – Salford area. The role focuses on welcoming residents and guests, opening/closing facilities, and maintaining spa and pool safety and cleanliness in a luxury setting.

Pool/responder qualifications or willingness to obtain are valued. You will lead day‑to‑day operations on shift, promote a community atmosphere, and have opportunities to offer Personal Training on site if qualified.

Qualifications

• Strong front‑of‑house customer service experience.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and guest relations skills.
• Self‑motivated with ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Confident in a luxury gym/spa environment and able to lead on shift.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and guests and provide exceptional service.
• Promote a thriving community within the Gym and Spa.
• Oversee day‑to‑day operations of the Gym and Spa on shift.
• Proactively seek new clients and opportunities to grow personal training or massage services.
• Collaborate with the residential estate team to deliver a first‑class resident experience.
• Deliver Personal Training sessions to help reach site targets (not mandatory).
