4Leisure Recruitment Ltd is recruiting a Duty Manager for a luxury Gym and Spa at Brent Cross West. The role is part time (10 hours per week minimum) with a pay of £14.80 per hour plus personal training commissions. Visa sponsorship cannot be provided.

You will open/close the facility, deliver classes, and actively promote a high-end resident experience while looking after residents and guests. Prior REP certification and spa/gym/hotel experience are required.

Qualifications

• REPs Level 3 (Level 2 acceptable)
• Self-motivated with minimal supervision
• High level of interpersonal skills
• Experience in luxury gym, spa or hotel markets
• Confident swimmer

Responsabilités

• Provide excellent customer service to residents and guests.
• Promote a thriving community within the Gym and Spa.
• Oversee the day-to-day running of the Gym and Spa while on shift.
• Actively seek new clients and opportunities to grow your personal training and/or massage client base.
• Work with the wider residential estate team to provide a first‑class resident experience.
• Provide Personal Training sessions to help achieve site targets.
