Job summary

motive8 Limited is seeking a Duty Manager for our Brent Cross West gym and spa. This part-time role (10 hrs p/w minimum) offers £14.80 per hour plus personal training opportunities, and requires you to open/close the facility, run classes, and support residents in maximizing their spa experience.

The ideal candidate has REPs Level 3 (Level 2 may be considered), strong customer service, a confident swimmer, and prior luxury gym/spa experience.

Qualifications

• REPs Level 3 (Level 2 will be considered).
• Self-motivated with minimal supervision.
• High level of interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience in luxury gym, spa or hotel markets.
• Confident swimmer.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to residents and guests.
• Promote a thriving community within the Gym and Spa.
• Oversee day-to-day running of the Gym and Spa on shift.
• Actively seek new clients and opportunities to grow personal training and/or massage client base.
• Work with the residential estate team to deliver a first-class resident experience.
• Provide personal training sessions to help achieve site targets.
