Job summary

Journey Hospitality is seeking a team of Christmas Fulfilment Superstars for Cheltenham, for 16 November to 23 December 2026. You will prepare, pack and dispatch gift voucher orders with care, hitting daily targets in a busy Fulfilment Centre.

Shifts run 8am–6pm, Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend work during Black Friday and Christmas. The role is seasonal, pays £12.71 per hour, and includes full training and holiday entitlement pro rata.

Looking for a fun, fast-paced role in the run-up to Christmas? We've got just the opportunity!

We're looking for a team of enthusiastic, hands-onChristmas Fulfilment Superstars to join our experienced Gift Voucher Fulfilment team at Journey Hospitality during our busiest (and most exciting!) time of year. You'll play an important part in spreading a little Christmas magic, making sure every gift voucher is beautifully presented, carefully packed and ready to reach its lucky recipient in time for Christmas! If you're organised, have a brilliant eye for detail and enjoy being part of a team that works hard and has fun along the way, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing

• Preparing, packing and processing gift voucher orders to a high standard, ready for daily collections, Working together to meet daily targets during the busy Christmas period.

• Making sure every order is accurate, beautifully presented and dispatched on time.

• Helping with stock checks, replenishment and keeping our Fulfilment Centre organised, including unpacking and moving stock (manual handling training provided).

When & Where

• Dates:16 November – 23 December 2026.

• Hours:Shifts between 8am and 6pm, Monday to Friday.

• Peak periods:Some weekend shifts may be available or required around Black Friday & Christmas.

• Location:Elmstone Business Park, Cheltenham, GL51 9SY (near The Gloucester Old Spot).
