Job summary

ClearCourse is seeking organised Fulfilment Assistants for a temporary Christmas role in Waterlooville. You will pick, pack and dispatch orders, handle Champagne bottles and gift vouchers, and create well-presented parcels for timely delivery. The team is small and supportive with a focus on accuracy and safety.

Roles run during the festive period with flexible mornings and part-time hours, offering a hands-on environment and the chance to contribute to holiday cheer for customers nationwide.

Join our team this Christmas and help us make the festive season extra special!

We’re looking for organised, enthusiastic Fulfilment Assistants to join our in‑house fulfilment team in Waterlooville for the busy Christmas period. You’ll play a vital role in ensuring customer orders are picked, packed, and dispatched perfectly — helping gifts arrive on time and keeping the Christmas magic alive.

The Role

• Pick and pack customer orders quickly and accurately
• Handle physical stock items such as bottles of Champagne and gift vouchers
• Pack items into beautiful, branded boxes and envelopes ready for dispatch
• Maintain high standards of presentation, accuracy, and organisation
• Work as part of a small, supportive team to meet daily deadlines
• Keep work areas tidy and follow safe working practices

Hours & Availability

This temporary role runs from mid-October until Wednesday 23rd December. Our busiest days are Mondays so a preference for you to be available on this day. We offer flexible part-time hours, ideally mornings — whether that’s one day a week or a few days a week, we’ll work with you to find the right fit.
