Responsibilities

• Become a product expert and guide customers to the right garden building.
• Build strong relationships by understanding needs and delivering great service.
• Manage and nurture enquiries using our CRM system (training provided).
• Act as liaison between customers and manufacturers for a seamless experience.
• Maintain the show site to present our buildings at the highest standard.
