• Willingness to work weekends and peak periods.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a luxury, personalized service to every customer.
• Guide customers through Kayali's scent families, layering techniques, and brand storytelling.
• Support the counter in achieving daily and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain product knowledge and brand DNA.
• Assist with in-store events, sampling and masterclass moments.
• Drive traffic through proactive customer outreach and engagement.
