Job summary

QDrive Performance is seeking a Fleet Maintenance Support to keep our luxury fleet in pristine condition. You will prepare and detail vehicles to showroom standards and conduct basic checks while coordinating deliveries to workshops for servicing.

Ideal candidates are car enthusiasts with a touch of practicality, flexible in a fast-paced environment, and able to work well in a team with a full UK driving licence (5+ years).

Qualifications

• Car enthusiast with a passion for vehicle presentation.
• Hands-on with basic checks and cleaning in a fast-paced setting.
• Willingness to work flexibly and collaboratively with the team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, clean, and detail vehicles to showroom standards.
• Conduct basic checks (tyres, oil, battery, etc.).
• Manage vehicle deliveries to/from workshops for servicing.
• Assist with handovers, collections, and fuelling.
• Support efficient branch operations daily.
