Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the day-to-day operation of the outlet, ensuring exceptional service and memorable guest experiences.
• Coach and motivate the team to maintain high standards of hospitality and service.
• Oversee service delivery to ensure brand standards are met and food and beverages are presented appropriately.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and operational efficiency throughout the outlet.
• Handle guest feedback and resolve issues promptly to maximise guest satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety requirements, and procedures.
