Job summary

Sunset Hospitality Group seeks an Events & Programming Manager to curate a rolling calendar of luxury experiences across social, cultural, culinary, wellness, and lifestyle categories. You will design formats from intimate gatherings to large-scale activations, collaborating with the Club Manager and internal teams to uphold Madison House’s brand ethos and membership goals.

You will manage budgets, seek partnerships, and coordinate with partners and suppliers to create memorable experiences

Qualifications

• 4–6 years' experience in events, programming, hospitality or related field.
• Proven track record delivering luxury hospitality or private club events.
• Creative, culturally curious with strong organisational skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage budgets and negotiate with suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a rolling calendar of events and experiences across social, cultural, culinary, wellness, fitness, music and educational categories.
• Conceptualise engaging and innovative event formats, from intimate member gatherings to poolside socials, DJ nights and signature House events.
• Plan, organise and execute events from concept through to delivery, ensuring a consistently high standard of experience.
• Support the delivery of pre-opening events, prospective member activations and launch programming.
• Work closely with the Club Manager to ensure all programming reflects Madison House's ethos, brand positioning and membership objectives.
• Stay informed of cultural, hospitality and lifestyle trends, bringing fresh ideas and relevant experiences to the calendar.
• Coordinate with internal teams, including F&B, Wellness, Membership and Marketing, to ensure seamless planning and execution.
• Support the coordination and delivery of private and corporate events where required.
