Job summary

SUMMERILL & BISHOP LIMITED in London seeks a Digital (Ecommerce & Website) Manager to grow our luxury homeware brand online. You will own Shopify storefront, CRM data insights, and paid social campaigns, collaborating with the current Digital Manager to scale revenue.

The role blends strategic thinking with hands-on delivery across ecommerce, marketing tech integrations, and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on ecommerce experience, preferably in luxury/ premium retail.
• Strong experience managing Shopify ecommerce platforms, including theme editing, apps and optimization.
• Proven experience in CRM data analysis and customer insight to drive campaigns.
• Hands-on experience managing Meta and Pinterest advertising with campaign setup, optimization and reporting.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with performance reporting.
• Excellent understanding of UX, CRO and ecommerce best practices.
• Commercially minded with data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Ecommerce & Website Management: Manage and optimize the Shopify storefront, site merchandising, UX improvements and CRO.
• Data & CRM Analysis: Analyze CRM data, build dashboards and KPI reports for acquisition, conversion, open rates and CTR.
• Performance Marketing: Manage paid social campaigns(Meta, Pinterest) and monitor ROAS, with testing strategies.
• Systems & Integrations: Maintain integrations between Shopify, ERP, CRM and analytics tools; ensure data flows are correct.
• Present performance reports and strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders on a regular basis.
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI tools or new platforms to enhance luxury brand digital growth.
