Langosteria in London seeks an experienced Assistant General Manager to support the leadership of one of our restaurants. This role suits a hospitality professional who thrives in a luxury, high-volume environment and aims to deliver unforgettable guest experiences.

Working with the Head of Operations, you will lead daily operations, develop the team, and uphold the highest standards of service, quality, and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience leading luxury hospitality teams in fine dining environments.
• Proven ability to coach and develop managers and staff.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to manage financial targets.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations in partnership with Head of Operations.
• Inspire and lead the team to deliver exceptional luxury dining experiences.
• Maintain the highest service standards to maximise guest satisfaction.
• Coordinate Front of House, Kitchen, Bar, and Guest Relations for seamless operations.
• Coach and develop managers and team members to foster a high-performing culture.
• Monitor financial and commercial targets and drive performance.
• Assist in managing labour costs, productivity, and KPIs.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety, brand standards, and procedures.
• Handle guest feedback promptly and professionally.
• Support stock control, ordering, and supplier coordination.
• Act as Manager on Duty and lead operations in the General Manager's absence.
