Job summary

MR PORTER, the men’s luxury style destination, is seeking a CRM & Loyalty Executive to join the Customer Retention team in London. You will plan and deliver targeted CRM campaigns across email, push, SMS and other channels, driving engagement and retention for our luxury audience.

Reporting into the CRM & Loyalty Manager, you will collaborate with creative, editorial and marketing teams, own the CRM calendar, analyse performance, and optimise activities. Hybrid work with 37.5 hours weekly.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years’ experience in a similar CRM or customer retention role.
• Strong knowledge of email and push notification channels and CRM best practices.
• Experience using analytics tools (GA or Tableau) and project management tools like Trello.
• Excellent organisational, communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver end-to-end CRM campaigns across multiple channels.
• Collaborate with creative, editorial and marketing teams to align with brand goals.
• Identify customer segments and tailor messaging by behavior and channel engagement.
• Own and manage the CRM calendar and campaign scheduling.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
• Support testing and optimisation across personalisation and new channels.
