LuxExperience in London (Hybrid) is seeking an experienced Creative Project Manager to oversee end-to-end campaigns across the luxury fashion e-commerce ecosystem. You will bridge Creative and Marketing, ensuring flawless delivery on time and to brand standards.

The role requires 3–5+ years in luxury fashion, strong design sensibility, and advanced PM tool proficiency (Asana, Monday.com, Trello, ClickUp) with Adobe Creative Cloud expertise. Hybrid working and competitive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of creative project management or marketing operations in luxury fashion.
• Advanced proficiency in project management software (Asana, Monday.com, Trello, or ClickUp) and Adobe Creative Cloud.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison between Creative (Design, Copy, Editorial, Video) and Marketing teams (CRM, Social, PR, Site) and Brand Partners.
• Intake, review, and scoping for all incoming creative requests from marketing departments; translate briefs into actionable workstreams.
• Develop, monitor, and enforce end-to-end production schedules for brand campaigns, seasonal campaigns, product drops and promotions.
• Manage resource allocation and capacity across internal designers, copywriters, and external agency partners/freelancers.
• Oversee asset delivery across digital channels: homepage updates, paid media, email, newsletters, app messaging, and social assets.
• Implement strict Quality Control processes to ensure all visual assets adhere to brand guidelines and specs.
• Partner with Buying and Site teams to ensure creative deliverables align with launch dates and product availability.
