Job summary

NET‑A‑PORTER is seeking a experienced and detail‑obsessed Creative Project Manager to oversee end‑to‑end campaigns across our luxury fashion e‑commerce ecosystem. You will bridge Creative and Marketing, ensuring flawless delivery of visual assets, copy, and digital touchpoints.

Based in Shepherd’s Bush, London, this hybrid role reports to the Head of Operations, Marketing. A pension, staff discounts, private healthcare and flexible working are among the benefits offered.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of creative project management or marketing operations experience, ideally in luxury fashion.
• Strong eye for elevated design, typography and editorial layouts.
• Advanced proficiency with project management tools and Adobe Creative Cloud; familiarity with DAM systems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the liaison between Creative (Design, Copy, Editorial, Video) and Marketing teams and Brand Partners.
• Translate briefs into actionable creative workstreams and manage end-to-end production schedules.
• Oversee asset delivery across digital channels and enforce brand guidelines and specs.
• Allocate resources and manage internal designers, copywriters and external agencies.
• Ensure deliverables align with launch dates, product availability and campaign timelines.
