Louis Vuitton in Edinburgh is seeking a dynamic, client-focused temporary Client Advisor for a 6-week assignment during the peak festive period in the Edinburgh store. You will guide clients through our luxury collections, deliver personalized service, and build lasting relationships in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a luxury retail environment.
• Proven ability to meet sales targets and deliver exceptional client service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for luxury fashion, art and culture.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Languages proficiency is a plus.
• Availability for full peak period 15 Nov–31 Dec with no leave during assignment.

Responsabilités

• Engage clients warmly, understand needs and drive sales.
• Maintain product knowledge across categories to explain features and heritage.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets through cross-selling and up-selling.
• Utilize CRM to capture client data and nurture relationships.
• Ensure a pristine, visually appealing sales floor and orderly stock.
• Process transactions accurately and assist with inventory as needed.
