Job summary

Louis Vuitton is seeking a dynamic Client Advisor for a 6-week assignment at our Manchester store. You will engage clients, showcase collections, and build lasting relationships while upholding the brand’s standard of excellence.

The role requires a passion for luxury fashion, exceptional service, and strong product knowledge across categories. Availability throughout Nov 15–Dec 31, with no holiday leave, is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury retail environment.
• Proven ability to meet sales targets and deliver exceptional client service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for luxury fashion, art and culture.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Language proficiency is a plus.
• Availability for full peak festive period (Nov 15–Dec 31) with no holiday leave.

Responsibilities

• Client Engagement & Sales: warmly welcome clients, build relationships, master product knowledge, achieve sales targets, maintain an attractive sales floor.
• CRM: use CRM tools, follow up with clients, host events.
• Brand Ambassador: embody brand image, stay informed on trends, mentor teammates.
• Operational Excellence: follow company policies, process transactions, assist with inventory and stock management.
