Contract Duration: 15th November – 30th December (Full availability required across this entire period, including weekends and holidays).

Commitment: Full availability is required across the entire peak trading period (15th November – 30th December), including weekends and holidays. Due to business demands during this festive window, holiday leave cannot be accommodated.

Louis Vuitton is seeking dynamic, client-focused temporary Client Advisor for a 6-week assignment in our Birmingham store.

Job responsibilities

• Proactively welcome and engage with clients, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.
• Build strong client relationships through personalized interactions, understanding their needs, and anticipating their desires.
• Master product knowledge across all categories (leather goods, ready-to-wear, accessories, etc.) to confidently present and explain features, benefits, and brand heritage.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets by effectively cross-selling and up-selling.
• Maintain a pristine and visually appealing sales floor, ensuring all products are beautifully presented.
• Client Relationship Management (CRM):
  • Utilize CRM tools to capture client information, preferences, and purchase history.
  • Proactively follow up with clients through various channels (phone, email, in-store appointments) to nurture relationships and drive repeat business.
  • Host and participate in client events, developing a strong network of loyal clients.
• Brand Ambassador:
  • Embody the Louis Vuitton brand image through impeccable presentation, professionalism, and passion for luxury.
  • Maintain an in-depth understanding of current fashion trends, luxury market insights, and competitor activities.
  • Act as a role model for new team members, contributing to a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Operational Excellence:
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to sales, inventory management, and security.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Assist with inventory receiving, transfers, and stock management as needed.

Full availability and commitment to work throughout the entire peak festive period (15th November to 31st December), with no holiday leave permitted during this assignment.

This position requires flexibility to work a rotating shift pattern (including evenings, weekends, and public holidays) and the ability to work across our London store network as business needs require.
