Harrods is seeking a Buying Assistant to support our Lingerie & Swimwear department on a fixed-term contract through January 2027. The role requires a creative, trend-aware mindset with strong analytical and numerical skills.

You will assist with product selection, market research, order management and collaboration across in-store, online and regional teams to drive commercial performance and customer experience. Hybrid working is available.

Qualifikationen

• High attention to detail and strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and SAP (preferred).
• Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and with others.
• Previous experience in buying, merchandising or admin within retail is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Support the Buying team across product selection, trend analysis, order management and stakeholder collaboration.
• Assist in creating seasonal Look Books and market research to inform buying decisions.
• Support Buyer and Assistant Buyer in selecting and quantifying product orders.
• Collaborate with Retail, Visual Merchandising and Online Trading teams for launches and displays.
• Manage order confirmations, vendor data and purchase orders with accuracy.
• Provide weekly trade reports and sell-through analysis on brand and product performance.
• Assist with marketing submissions (magazines and social features).
• Coordinate with internal teams to maintain pricing accuracy and resolve invoices.
