Job summary

The House of Bruar Ltd invites an exceptional candidate to manage one of our boutiques, steering either premium clothing/textiles or homeware and gifts. You will lead a team, maintain visuals, drive sales, and coordinate stock with buying and warehouse teams in a historic Highland Perthshire setting.

You will train and develop staff, promote brand knowledge, and ensure high standards of customer service while sustaining department housekeeping and performance management.

Qualifications

• Experience as a skilled visual merchandiser.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent communication in English.
• Good time management and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain in-store and window displays to reflect brand.
• Organise and manage day-to-day department activities.
• Lead the department team and tasks, driving performance.
• Develop the team through training sessions and briefs.
• Engage the team to meet sales targets and customer service standards.
• Handle performance management and absence issues.
• Promote brand image through extensive product knowledge.
• Maintain department housekeeping and tidiness.
• Coordinate stock movements with buying and warehouse teams.
