Job summary

Richemont’s London boutique is seeking an Ambassadeur on a fixed-term six-month contract to cover a colleague’s absence. You will curate unforgettable, personalised experiences, build lasting client relationships, and contribute to boutique success by meeting sales targets.

You’ll present Jaeger-LeCoultre timepieces with passion, maintain a premium boutique environment, handle transactions, assist with merchandising, and foster teamwork while representing the Maison at exclusive events.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in luxury retail sales, preferably in the watchmaking or jewellery industry.
• Strong hospitality, communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to meet and exceed boutique sales targets and KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets.
• Maintain a clean, organized boutique environment and adhere to brand standards.
• Handle sales transactions, payments, returns, and assist with inventory and merchandising.
• Build relationships with clients, manage follow-ups and referrals, and drive repeat business.
• Present Jaeger-LeCoultre timepieces with knowledge and passion; participate in events and training.
