Job summary

Havas Media Network's Forward Media division in London is seeking a Biddable Manager to lead paid social and programmatic campaigns for luxury brands within the LVMH portfolio. You will work with a cross‑functional team to deliver agile, high‑performing biddable strategies.

The role focuses on building client trust, developing junior talent, and driving innovative paid media initiatives while collaborating with planning, trading, and analytics colleagues across the agency.

Qualifications

• Solid planning and buying experience with paid social and/or programmatic.
• 18 months+ trading experience with major DSPs (e.g. Meta, DV360, TikTok, Trade Desk)
• Proven ability to create biddable media plans and rationale documents.

Responsibilities

• Operate media planning and buying for your client portfolio in an omnichannel framework.
• Ensure campaigns run smoothly and meet deadlines.
• Ensure client satisfaction on campaign delivery and performance.
• Be accountable for reaching targets and driving team productivity.
• Weekly reporting, client calls and post campaign analysis for insights.
• Proactively present to promote programmatic capabilities.
• Collaborate with the Biddable Account Director and wider team.
• Lead junior team members and support their development.
• Work across multiple digital platforms including Google Marketing Platform, Integral Ad Science, and others.
