Job summary

Forward Media, part of Havas Media Network, London, is looking for a Biddable Director to lead biddable strategy across luxury brands within the LVMH portfolio. You will work with Client Planning, DNA and Investment teams to shape campaigns and opportunities.

You will manage a team of biddable specialists, ensuring clear strategy and client KPIs, while partnering with data and tech partners to optimize tactics.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership and ability to manage high-performing teams.
• Extensive experience delivering Paid Social and/or Programmatic campaigns.
• Strong data, analytics and performance-driven mindset.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communications skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Biddable planning and implementation across accounts.
• Collaborate with client planning and investment teams to meet objectives.
• Develop client roadmaps and drive opportunities in the luxury sector.
• Coach and mentor junior team members and foster collaboration.
• Represent the agency at events and contribute to a strong agency culture.
