Job summary

Forward Media, part of Havas Media Network, London, seeks a Biddable Director to lead planning and execution for luxury accounts in the LVMH portfolio. You will manage a team of biddable specialists, coordinate with client planning, DNA, and Investment teams, and shape innovative campaigns across DSPs.

You will drive a data-led approach, partner sourcing, and a roadmap aligned to client KPIs, while fostering collaboration and a strong culture within the agency.

Qualifications

• Strong data, analytics and performance-driven marketing knowledge.
• Significant experience delivering Paid Social and/or Programmatic campaigns.
• Proven leadership with coaching and developing high-performing teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead biddable planning and implementation with client planning and investment teams.
• Manage client delivery to achieve high-quality biddable output.
• Collaborate across teams and stakeholders to set clear client roadmaps.
• Develop and evolve best-in-class client roadmap and manage it through the team.
• Oversee the formation of data/tech partner recommendations for strategy.
