Job summary

Hermès is seeking an Inventory & Stock Management professional to maintain precise stock records and manage cycles counts across Harrods and Selfridges Counters in London. The role covers deliveries, transfers, returns, damages, and testing stock, ensuring all items are properly tagged and stored to the highest standards.

You will support replenishment, stock availability, and launch periods, while maintaining strong client service and adherence to health, safety, and compliance procedures.

Qualifications

• Proven stock control or inventory management experience in luxury retail.
• Experience in premium beauty/fragrance is a plus.
• Excellent numerical and analytical capabilities with MS Office.
• Able to work across multiple store locations and under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate stock records across Harrods and Selfridges Counters.
• Process deliveries, transfers, returns, damages and stock adjustments.
• Ensure stock is ticketed, tagged and stored per standards.
• Conduct regular cycle counts and resolve discrepancies.
• Monitor slow-moving stock and stock availability across locations.
• Support replenishment and tester management for launches and activations.
• Maintain reporting within stock management systems and KPI tracking.
