Job summary

Hermès is seeking an Inventory & Stock Management team member for its Harrods and Selfridges counters in London. The role focuses on maintaining accurate stock records, processing deliveries and returns, and ensuring all stock is correctly ticketed and stored to retailer standards.

You will conduct regular cycle counts, investigate discrepancies, monitor slow-moving stock, and optimise stock levels to maximise sales. Strong organisational skills and customer service are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in stock control or inventory management is required.
• Experience in luxury retail, premium beauty, cosmetics or fragrance is preferred.
• Strong organisational and planning skills are essential.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to multi-task across locations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate stock records across Harrods and Selfridges counters.
• Process deliveries, transfers, returns, damages and stock adjustments within company timelines.
• Ensure stock is ticketed, tagged and stored per retailer standards.
• Conduct regular cycle counts and investigate stock discrepancies.
• Monitor slow-moving stock and replenish to maximise sales.
• Support with stock allocations and merchandising across counters.
• Maintain housekeeping and compliance in stock areas.
• Provide high-level customer service and assist on the shop floor during peak times.
